Great session with my coach. I value her structure, focus and the mix of different interests. The way she walked me through the coaching process and her approach spiked my interest and curiosity. I've decided to move forward based on my initial thoughts, as I think her coaching style will push me out of my comfort zone, allowing me to examine my routines from a different perspective.
