Our Founder and CEO is of Taíno and African descent. Over the years, she has deepened her connection to her heritage, learning from family members and uncovering wisdom that had long been part of her lineage. With every discovery, she felt a spark—an understanding that the leadership principles embedded in her ancestry, when blended with neuroleadership and select Western approaches, could offer the world a transformative path forward, especially in these uncertain and complex BANI times.

 

Thus, Kabtin Leadership™ was born—a model that bridges ancestral wisdom with modern leadership science. The name itself is an intentional fusion of her heritage and leadership philosophies:

In an unexpected twist of fate, after forming the name, she discovered that “Kabtin” means “leader” or “chief” in Egyptian Arabic—a striking connection to her Kushite ancestry. A reminder that sometimes, the universe affirms our path before we even recognize it ourselves.

 

At its core, Kabtin Leadership™ is about more than just leadership skills—it is about leading with wisdom, heart, and harmony. It equips leaders to inspire, uplift, and co-create success with their teams and communities, honoring both individual brilliance and collective power.
