R.E.G.L.A. Legacy Initiative™
As part of our commitment to leaving a positive footprint in the world, The Jen Pinto LLC has introduced the Rising Empowered Generations in Leadership and Action (R.E.G.L.A.) Legacy Initiative. The R.E.G.L.A. Legacy Initiativeâ„ is a mentorship and development program designed to help students build skills, expand networks, and gain career clarity. Inspired by our CEO’s mentor, whose guidance shaped her career, this program aims to empower future leaders. Through dynamic learning opportunities, participants will develop essential skills and insights to enhance their professional development and achieve long-term success.

We are honored to bring this program to Bunker Hill Community College for 16 weeks in Spring 2026. This new partnership that reflects our commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for students. With a hybrid format (virtual and in-person in Boston), the experience fosters growth, connection, and fun in a supportive environment.

Our vision is to expand our reach by collaborating with additional colleges and communities. We aim to bring the program across the nation and eventually around the globe, creating a movement of empowered leaders who uplift and inspire the world.

What is the application process?​

Candidates must submit an application, personal essay, and at least one reference.

Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee, and candidates are advised whether they are being passed on to the interview round.
