As part of our commitment to leaving a positive footprint in the world, The Jen Pinto LLC has introduced the Rising Empowered Generations in Leadership and Action (R.E.G.L.A.) Legacy Initiative. The R.E.G.L.A. Legacy Initiative® (RLI) dedicated to empowering college students from underserved communities with the knowledge, skills and capabilities to realize their full potential and become the leaders of tomorrow.
The RLI signature program is a mentorship and leadership development experience designed to help students build skills, expand networks, and gain career clarity. Through dynamic learning opportunities, participants will develop essential skills and insights to enhance their professional development and achieve long-term success.
We are honored to bring this program back to Bunker Hill Community College for Fall 2027. With a hybrid format (virtual and in-person in Boston), the experience fosters growth, connection, and fun in a supportive environment.
Our vision is to expand our reach by collaborating with additional colleges and communities. We aim to bring the program across the nation and eventually around the globe, creating a movement of empowered leaders who uplift and inspire the world.
Who should apply?

What is the application process?

Candidates must submit an application and personal essay by January 22, 2027.

Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee, and candidates are advised whether they are being passed on to the interview round.

Decisions on who will be selected for the R.E.G.L.A. Legacy Initiative® will be made by The Jen Pinto LLC based on the review of the candidate's application and interview responses.
